#3: Caesar Salad
Welcome to a new week! This week I’m presenting 3 varieties of the love-it-or-hate-it classic: Caesar salad. It’s the dish that many of us might have tolerated as our first venture into the world of salad (not me – I held strong on the vegetable strike for a loooong time). Maybe you feel like you’re too grown-up and worldly for the ubiquitous Caesar salad now (if so – see my Fancy-Pants Kale Caesar) or maybe you’ve just never had a really good Caesar. I mean the kind that makes you forget about all of those plastic-tubbed, overdressed, bacon bits-laden sorts. Or maybe you’re just over it after one too many ferry rides spent nursing a hangover with chicken strips and Caesar salad from the cafeteria. Whatever your reasoning for being under-enthused, I urge you to re-consider your stance and let these recipes guide you in your newfound appreciation for the Caesar.
